Put your phone down, turn off your TV and computer. You need to give your brain a rest.
Say no to things that don’t add value to your life. You will never be able to achieve happiness if you are overwhelmed all the time.

Write, read, meditate or do some yoga.
5. Treat yourself
Get a massage, go to dinner, or take a trip. Go to a concert, take a painting or dance class, go to the park. Enjoy life!
