What This Year Taught Me About Purpose, Pressure & Power

Another year around the sun—and this one hit different.

I didn’t just survive this year… I grew. Through the pressure. Through the tears. Through the moments I thought about quitting.

People see the DJ. The host. The speaker. The media coach. But behind the scenes? I’ve been working through anxiety, learning to trust God at a deeper level, and reminding myself that even if no one claps, I still gotta show up.

Here’s what this year taught me:

1. Purpose will stretch you before it blesses you. There were moments I felt underqualified, overlooked, and overwhelmed. But I learned to lean into the stretch—because it was God building my capacity for what I prayed for.

2. Pressure builds power.Pressure exposed where I needed boundaries. Where I needed healing. And where I needed to trust the process. That pressure? It birthed a stronger version of me.

3. My story is the strategy. The more I shared my journey, the more I saw lives change. Not because I had a perfect plan—but because I was willing to testify.

This birthday isn’t just a celebration of life. It’s a declaration of alignment. I’m walking in purpose. I’m loving me harder. And I’m grateful for every lesson that got me here.

To everyone building, healing, and becoming—keep going. You’re not late. You’re right on time.

Let’s make this next year legendary.
