The Tech Made Simple Intensive is designed for beginners and older adults who want to feel comfortable using smartphones, apps, and everyday technology. The goal is to remove frustration and replace it with confidence. This is a patient, step-by-step training where no prior knowledge is required. Participants choose what they want help with, and the session is adjusted to their comfort level. Focus options may include: Learning how to use a smartphone Sending texts and photos Email setup and usage Downloading and using apps Video calls (FaceTime or Zoom) Internet safety and scam awareness Many people avoid technology simply because no one has taken the time to teach them slowly and clearly. This program provides that support.
